Acquisition measurement

We estimate the connection country using a local country database. Only the country code is added to the analytics record; the address is neither retained in that record nor sent to an external geolocation service. Location is approximate and can reflect a VPN or proxy. Historical countries are not inferred, and DNT/GPC signals are respected.

We record the source category of the first visit in a session, such as a search engine, social network or ChatGPT, from the browser referrer or utm_source tag. We use the existing site session and link the source at signup to measure registrations and wallet deposits. This measurement does not add IP addresses, full visited URLs or search content, and is not sent to an external analytics service. It is disabled when the browser sends DNT or GPC. Sources may be unknown; historical account sources are not inferred.

What we collect

Your name, email address, and the order and payment records needed to run your account. We record the IP address of your last sign-in for security. We do not ask for your social media passwords, and no service on this panel needs one.

Why we collect it

To operate your account, deliver your orders, keep an accurate record of your balance, and answer support tickets.

Who sees it

Order links and quantities are passed to the upstream provider fulfilling that order, because that is what delivery requires. Nothing else is shared. We do not sell data.

Payment details

Payments are made by transfer to a Vodafone Cash or InstaPay number. We store the confirmation you upload so a deposit can be verified and disputed later if needed. We never store card numbers.

How long we keep it

Account and financial records are kept while the account exists and afterwards for as long as required for accounting. Support tickets are kept with the account.

Your choices

You can ask for your data or for your account to be closed by opening a ticket. Financial records that we are required to retain will be kept even after closure.
